- Account emails: As needed for account management

2.4 Unsubscribing from Emails

- Log into your account and update communication preferences

- Note: You cannot opt out of essential service emails while maintaining an active subscription
3. SMS Text Messaging

LeadGizmo's SMS alert program sends text notifications about new investment opportunities to subscribers who opt in. This is an optional service enhancement.
3.2 SMS Consent
By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive:

3.3 Message Frequency & Charges
- Message frequency: Up to 10 messages per month
- Message and data rates may apply
- Check with your carrier for specific charges
- LeadGizmo does not charge for SMS messages

- Email: Sent during business hours in your time zone when possible
- SMS: Only sent between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in your local time zone
- Urgent Alerts: Critical account issues may be sent outside these hours
